Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Prompt Expert (the "Service", at www.iprompt.ccwu.cc), operated by Peter Yu (individual operator), contact [email protected]. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
The Service helps you build, refine and optimize text prompts for AI systems through guided questions and an AI-generated final prompt. The Service is currently offered as a beta / evaluation product and may change without notice.
2. AI-generated content; no professional advice
- Outputs are generated by a third-party AI model (DeepSeek) and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You must review and verify every output before relying on it.
- Outputs are provided for general informational and creative use. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice, and do not create any professional relationship. For decisions in those areas, consult a qualified professional.
3. Your inputs and responsibilities
- You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any text or file you submit, and that submission does not infringe others' intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- You are responsible for how you use the prompts and any content produced with them, including complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to you and to your audience.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit or seek content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that promotes harm, violence or self-harm;
- Infringe intellectual property, trade secrets or personal privacy, or submit another person's confidential information without authorization;
- Use the Service to create malware, to conduct unauthorized security testing, scraping that breaks laws or site terms, spam, or deceptive impersonation;
- Attack, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
- Attempt to make the underlying AI produce content it is designed to refuse, including through jailbreak or safety-evasion techniques.
5. Outputs and intellectual property
Outputs are generated through a third-party AI model and may be similar across users. We make no representation that outputs are copyrightable, original, or free of third-party rights, and we grant no warranty of non-infringement. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the AI provider's terms, you are responsible for the outputs you choose to use.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including DeepSeek (AI generation) and Cloudflare (CDN/security). Your use also involves those providers' own terms; we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
7. Availability
The Service is provided free of charge during the current beta period. We may modify, suspend, rate-limit or discontinue any part of it at any time without liability or prior notice.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated; the "Effective date" will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
